Workshop “Secondary raw materials: new supply chains for phosphorus”

A special trademark of this three-day series of events is the breadth of the topics offered, ranging from perspective, environmental policy and legal developments to problems and technical innovations in water management.

Current and future-oriented topics are taken up by the organisers every year. Competent and renowned experts from science, politics and practice present the latest research results and developments in about 70 lectures.

The conference is accompanied by excursions that demonstrate modern environmental technology in practice.

Around 1,000 participants attend the conference every year, which has established itself over 50 years as a meeting place for experts from the water industry. In addition to the lectures, there is a trade exhibition. In addition, exhibiting companies have the opportunity to present their products and services in a technology forum.

Two awards ceremonies will be held annually as part of the event. These are the Oswald Schulze Award and the IFWW Sponsorship Award of the Institute for the Promotion of Water Quality and Water Quantity Management. In the “Young Scientists” forum, young scientists from the field of water management have the opportunity to present their latest research results.
